Coming
Holsten’s

We stopped by the world-famous Holsten’s today and spoke with Eric, the owner, and Karl, the General Manager, to set up a long-format interview to get the whole Holsten’s story: how the diner started, the journey with The Sopranos, the renovation mayhem, all of it. A New Jersey icon!

They are auctioning off the final episode of The Sopranos’ booth this month. The bid at the last check was 73k. They told us a lot of people were upset online, but they made upgrades to comply with health codes. Rest assured, it will all look the same – wood paneling and all. As for the booth, it will be replaced with one exactly the same, and the original jukebox will remain.

Stay tuned for the full story before and after story coming late May!
