Imagine bluegrass ballads, Gothic puppetry, Pine Barrens diner lore, and the Jersey Devil like you’ve never seen him before — eight feet tall, full of heartbreak, and handmade from the fever dreams of Jersey itself.
Alex, called “a one-of-a-kind storyteller” by none other than Joyce Carol Oates, joins us alongside Dan, the puppet wizard behind the beast, to talk about what it takes to build a monster with soul… and stage a tall tale that’s as weird, wild, and moving as New Jersey itself
